Acknowledge that you have read and understood these Legal Terms, which combine our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
The App is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older.
If you are under 13, you are not permitted to download, register, or use the App.
The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized by Audeze LLC.
You may not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
We do not collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or phone number).
We do not send newsletters, marketing emails, or promotional communications.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
We use limited analytics to understand:
How you use the App (e.g., feature activation, session length).
How you use Audeze products connected to the App (e.g., device settings, feature usage, performance data).
This data is collected in aggregate form, not linked to your identity, and used only to improve our products and support.
The App may display advertisements.
Ads are not based on personal profiles or retargeting.
We do not use the Facebook Pixel or similar tracking.
Ads may be delivered by third-party networks, which may collect device identifiers subject to their own privacy policies.
To support certain features, the App may request:
Geolocation: Used only for App functionality or product integration requiring location. Optional and can be turned off in device settings.
Camera: Used only for features like scanning or AR functions. Optional and only active when you grant access.
You will always be asked for consent before these permissions are enabled, and you may revoke them in your device settings.
We retain App usage and product interaction data only as long as necessary to support the App and Audeze products, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we learn that a child under 13 has used the App or provided information, we will delete it promptly and block access.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
Know what categories of data are collected (limited to App usage and Audeze product interaction).
Delete any data associated with your use of the App.
Opt-out of Sale/Sharing (not applicable since we do not sell/share data).
Non-Discrimination for exercising your rights.

Withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal/contractual limits.
We process usage data under legitimate interests (to improve the App and Audeze products). Permissions like geolocation and camera rely on your explicit consent.

All content, trademarks, designs, and software within the App are owned or licensed by Audeze LLC and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
The App does not currently process payments. If this changes, we will notify users and update these Legal Terms.
The App may display third-party ads or content. Audeze LLC is not responsible for third-party services or content accessed through the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audeze LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
We may update these Legal Terms periodically. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. International users’ privacy rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and PIPEDA are respected, but disputes will be resolved under U.S. and California law.
