Incroyablement versatile

J'ai juste a mettre un peut d'EQ sur un profile de mon Fiio K17 et boom J'ai la crème des écouteur de jeu, un peu d'EQ et parfait pour la musique comme le peep kicks, le Frenchcore. . . , Prodution de musique nickel, Filme et séries un autre EQ et boom tu as la paire a tout faire. la personnalisation des écouteur son dingue renplacer le bandeaux pour un en fibre de carbone tu peux, avoir un câble faite à la main. . . check, des coussinait plus épias et plus ferme pour pas qu'il s'affaisse avec le bandeaux en carbone. . . check. mallette de transport durable. . . double check"

Best money I've ever spent
"I enjoy the finer things in life. . . This is the best money I have ever spent in my life. Dollar for dollar in terms of pleasure returned, this is by far the best product I own. I did a lot a lot of research before my purchase, as I do with all my purchases. It was important for me to have closed backs for privacy reasons, there is minimal bleed. The planar magnetic technology is the best I’ve experienced: lightning fast response, distortion free, immense bass, quick, powerful, infinitely tunable, beautiful clarity, no matter what I throw at it. The complaints over weight are overstated, I have worn this for several hours at a time without discomfort. The tuning out of the box leaves a bit to be desired, but EQ using Oratory's settings leads to the best headphones I have ever heard in my life. These cans can stun with their clarity, resolution and power, did I mention they are distortion free? As a technologist and industrial designer I am amazed at what the human mind is capable of creating. The design and ergonomics are excellent, construction and materials top notch. I quite like the carbon fibre cups, though I would have preferred an option to get one without the Audeze branding on the cups. I don't mind: all these fade when you put them on. The world disappears, all you're left with is your bounding heart and the sound, gorgeous, eye-opening sound. Sorry to wax lyrical about this product, but words are insufficient to describe the emotions these headphones are capable of invoking. This LCD-XC is a perfect example of human innovation and obsession. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants one headphone for the rest of their lives. I will continue to enjoy them for the foreseeable future. Thank you Audeze for creating this excellent closed-back, planar magnetic headphones. They are superlative. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Drawbacks? Took a small tweak with a screwdriver to get the perfect fit, I had to move the leather strap up by 1 screw each, else the metal band was resting on my head leading to some discomfort. After the adjustment, the leather strap holds the weight. No other complaints. I also replaced the metal with carbon fibre, though the weight savings are negligible. 100/10 try them if you ever get the chance, you won't regret it."

You need to tighten down screws on headphones
"I love the sound but for $1300 I should have to screw on the headphones tight. Both screws were totally loose and the headphones wouldn’t even sit tight against my head is pretty fricking irritating me to be honest with you thank God I had the right screw screwdriver to fix them"

LCD-XC amazing sound and build quality.
"I purchased these directly from Audeze back in 2021. I have also owned LCD-X, LCD-2, LCD-3, LCD-5, LCD-i4, iSine LX, Maxwell and many other high end headphones. I have also had the pleasure of auditioning many very well regarded headphones including Susvara, Susvara Unveiled and even the mystical Sennheiser HE1. The Audeze LCD-XC are easily my favorite overall headphone and the build quality stands alone. They are built to last, true heirloom quality components with easily replaceable pads and headband, in case they wear out. I generally prefer the isolation of closed backs over open backs, but even if I didn't, these would still be the winner for me. I used to chase the grail or FOMO, not anymore. The only potential drawbacks in my view are: 1. The weight- these are some heavy cans, but it does not bother me. Way lighter than any of my motorcycle helmets for example (even the Carbon Fiber helmet). 2. Stock tuning is a bit bright- They may sound neutral to some, but for me they are bass light and need EQ. No problem. Just a few quick taps on my RME ADI-2 PRO and we are set. 3. Cost?: Not really an issue since, as mentioned above, the build quality is first rate and they sound as good or better than anything. As a bonus, they are made right here in SoCal."

The best closed back
"I absolutely love these in the studio and out of the studio as well! The isolation without color. I have the open back version too but these are my fav. I just love the build with the carbon gloss caps. Great set of headphones. This would be my desert island pick!"

Not For Me
"The LCD-X were my introduction to Audeze headphones and I really loved them. I eventually moved up to the LCD-4z and then LCD-5, of which I own 3 pair right now for convenience. You could say I’m an Audeze fan. I have an upcoming need for some closed-back headphones so I ordered these thinking it would be a no-brainer, but I was wrong. To me they sounded super thin, bright, and just weird. I knew they would be unusable for my needs. Somebody from Audeze told me it’s due to lack of dampening inside the enclosures so the high frequencies bounce around more and it sounds a bit weird and harsh. They did suggest I try the LCD-2 closed back because they have some material in the enclosures to prevent that. To my surprise, the LCD-2 Closed Back sound REALLY great for their design and price point so if you’re in the market for a closed back option that sounds more natural and usable, consider the LCD-2 Closed Back instead. I really wanted to love these but I simply could not understand them but I did end up keeping the LCD-2 closed back."

WOW Amazing!
