Best Headset International 👏🏽
"I bought these because, while gaming, I wanted to hear more than just gunshots I wanted to catch footsteps and even the smallest details. With the Maxwell 2, I am 100% convinced and satisfied. There’s only one minor issue: the thickness and weight of the headphones could be improved in the future. Otherwise, excellent work. If this technology becomes available in wired headphones as well, I will definitely purchase those too. Best regards from Lower Saxony, Germany DK"

Love it!
"It admitedly took a couple of attemps to install the optional head strap to fit my head. but once it was installed correctly, it was a great fit. The headphones lay perfect over my ears, and the headstap lays comfortably on my head, without pulling on my hair."

Best purchase of my life.
"I love that these are compatible with maxwell 1, but i see one issue that is not talked about, when we have 2 devices connected to headphones we can have audio from one and the second goes completely silent (notification sound from mobile makes the headphone mute the laptop audio) - can this be fixed in a future update or is this a hardware limitation ?"

A more comfortable option
"This wider, perforated version of the Maxwell headstrap is a more comfortable version of a perfectly fine headstrap that came with the Maxwell 1 and 2. While I didn’t have any complaints about the more narrow non-perforated headstrap, I must say the this one definitely distributes the weight a little more and offers more breathability. I’m happy with it."

Essential for Maxwell
"In case you have only the slim strap then this one is an essential upgrade for Maxwells! Weight distribution way better with these and the headset feels lighter when wearing. Material is not sturdy and the ventilation holes are a good addition. Long sessions are no problem with this strap. Recommend."

Worst Customer Support Ever
"Tried to return during return period. Initial response was quick but then nothing but ghosts. Tried to email follow up 5 times and nothing… going to dispute with my credit card company as it’s been over a month since. Never been more upset by a company’s customer service response."

"The headset sounds amazing and mic is pretty damn good. Headset is heavy but comfortable. Over all awesome headphones for gaming. Now the negatives for me are: the mute switch is a bit difficult to use. It is hard to actually enable or disable. . the switch should be a bit bigger so that it’s easier to switch or change to a simple button. I’ve also had some Bluetooth issues more specifically with distance. I’ll break from discord when I’m barely about 15ft from the desk which is not that far for a $300+ headset. I’m sure that’s an easy fix with an update. Audio on these things are top tier though. I am really enjoying the headphones. Thank you."

Could be better
"Beats the original strap. But that should be the bare minimum. In fact this should be the included strap instead of being a replacement. It is still not quite wide enough and has no stretch to it, which would go a long way. There are 3rd party straps that are multitudes more comfoprtable."
